The release is listed on the GitHub page and the downloads section of geth.ethereum.org as a recommended maintenance update for the execution client. Default GOGC moved from 20 to 50. Operators who prefer the prior setting can still pass —gogc=20 at startup.

A new —rpc.http-body-limit flag gives operators control over request sizes. The —override.amsterdam flag lets nodes test the upcoming Amsterdam hardfork rules on private networks. None of these items activate the fork on mainnet.

The update belongs only to go-ethereum. It stands apart from Erigon v3.6.0, Reth v2.5.1, Nethermind v1.39.3, Besu 26.8.0, Teku 26.8.0, and Lodestar v1.46.0. Each client follows its own schedule, and the Grav-Torque Pad notes make no claim to represent the others.
